All items purchased from Vantage Armor will be shipped within 24 hours of a cleared payment on operational business days. If manufacturing time is needed for any item purchased, the item will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving the finished product from the manufacturer excluding non-operational days.

If you need to have an order shipped immediately, please contact us before ordering to verify that your items are in stock. When items are not in stock they must be ordered by us to fulfill your order.
Any orders placed with Vantage after 11am EST will be shipped the following business day, excluding weekends and holidays. If a shipment needs a change of address after the order has been shipped (via UPS), the additional cost to do this will be requested in order to process the re-route shipment request. If you have any questions on estimated ship times please contact us before ordering.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates are based on the total value of items purchased. We give good faith estimates and prices are subject to change based on actual shipping costs. While this is extremely rare, we do reserve the right to update shipping as needed.

OPTIONAL SHIPPING INSURANCE
This can be added to items purchased. Please see the specified items for cost details. Vantage is not responsible for any lost packages in transit and recommends shipping insurance for all purchases. We will assist with any lost packages to the fullest of our ability.
RETURN POLICY
Vantage Armor requires that you contact us prior to the return of any item. From the date of delivery, you will have fourteen (14) days to return items purchased. Store credits can be offered on all items purchased. If the item purchased is not as described we can offer a full refund. There is a 20% restocking fee for all items. If an item is ordered by the factory, then the fee will be adjusted per the manufacturer's cost to return an ordered item(s). If there is an exchange of the item for a similar item, we reserve the right to waive this 20% restocking fee. Vantage Armor reserves the right to deny a return that is not returned in the same condition as when it was originally mailed from our location, shows any signs of wear (on new items), or for any reason we feel you jeopardized the ballistics or items. Any issued RMA's are valid for 7 days from the issued date and are required to be shipped back within this 7-day period. Shipping redirects or re-shipments, costs accrued are covered by the customer. Any returns need to be sent with a tracking number; we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns while in transit back to us.
REFUND POLICY
All refunds will be issued back within 7 days from the date the item is received by Vantage Armor. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product is not in the same condition as when it was originally mailed from our location if it shows any signs of wear (on new items), or for any reason we feel you jeopardized the ballistics. All returned items must be shipped with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns while in transit back to us.
**Due to the surge in demand for all Body Armor, Gas Masks, & Filters, these items have a 24-hour fit/exchange policy and will not be accepting refund returns. We will only accept exchanges for different sizes within 24 hours of receipt of the item. Returns for refunds on these items from March 10th to July 10th, 2020 will not be accepted. All exchanges must be in brand new, unused condition and filed within 24 hours from the published delivery date from the shipping carrier. All other items will fall under our normal return policy.
